Typical Day:
Woare’s Inc. is a landscape and masonry supply business. We receive around 5 semi loads of material each day inbound and load around 8 of our own trucks per day for outbound deliveries. The Yard Manager will be in charge of loading and unloading these trucks, keeping a tidy warehouse and grounds, helping customers throughout the day and managing special projects as they arise. It can be both a demanding and rewarding job at the same time. As the Yard Manager becomes more efficient, the day will run smoothly without incident. Even though most the day will be spent operation equipment, there are instances where manual labor is required: stacking partial pallets of block or brick, loading small quantities of product into customer's vehicles, and cleaning warehouses to name a few.

Dress Code:
We expect clean clothes at the start of each day. Average day attire: Jeans or Shorts, sleeved or sleeveless shirt, boots or sneakers, work gloves. You need to be prepared for varying weather conditions: sun, rain, snow etc.
